<p>The authors consider the contradictions of the mesoeconomic level on the example of the innovation sphere. A contradiction is understood as a state (temporary, but critically significant) of incompatibility of individual entities (attributes, properties, qualities, parameters, and functionality of certain elements of the system — subsystems, actors), which objectively arise during the development of systems (subsystems, actors). <p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span lang="en-US">The article considers the problem of integrating sustainable development principles into higher education through professional training of teachers. Based on the analysis of international experience, key approaches to the development of educational courses on education for sustainable development are analyzed. The main components of effective teacher training are defined: substantive (Agenda 2030, SDGs), theoretical and methodological (active and transformational pedagogical approaches). The methodological basis of the study consisted of: a system analysis of scientific publications and reports of international organizations (UNESCO, SDSN), a comparative study of successful cases of ESD integration in universities in Europe and Central Asia, as well as a content analysis of the curricula of Kazakhstani universities. It is shown that the proposed teacher training course should include three face-to-face sessions devoted to: 1) analysis of sustainable development concepts, 2) formation of professional competencies in the field of ESD, 3) design of sustainable educational scenarios. The need to combine theoretical classes with practical work on modernization of curricula is revealed. It has been established that the key conditions for the successful implementation of the course are: taking into account the national educational standards of Kazakhstan, developing a system for monitoring the effectiveness of training, and creating institutional mechanisms to support teachers. Particular attention is paid to limitations, including the need to move from declarative changes to real transformation of educational practice. The results of the study are of practical importance for the development of a national program for advanced training of teachers in the field of ESD, contributing to the implementation of the SDGs in Kazakhstani universities.</span></span></p>S.V. <p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span lang="en-US">In table tennis scenarios, there are many difficulties in picking up table tennis balls after training and matches. The traditional way of picking up table tennis balls by manpower is extremely inefficient, especially when the balls are scattered all over the field or even rolled to the narrow area, the manpower picking up not only consumes a lot of time and energy, but also easy to lead to the staff's discomfort due to frequent bending down. With the rapid development of science and technology, the application of robotics in various fields is becoming more and more extensive, and the research and development of table tennis ball pick-up robot has become a key direction to solve the problem. The microcontroller-based table tennis ball pickup robot designed in this paper takes STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller as the core controller, and integrates servo motors, infrared sensors, ultrasonic sensors and collection devices and other hardware modules. The robot can quickly and accurately identify the environment of the arena, and efficiently pick up and place the table tennis balls through the spiral pickup device and collection device. The design is highly flexible and stable, and can quickly and accurately locate the table tennis balls in small training venues, which greatly enhances the efficiency of picking up table tennis balls and improves the training experience of the athletes. <p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span lang="en-US">A slicing machine transmission mechanism based on a single motor drive was designed to address the problems of difficulty in clamping and unstable slicing quality in sweet potato processing. The mechanism uses a ratchet mechanism to control the thickness of the slices, combined with chain transmission and bevel gear transmission to achieve power distribution. Its performance is verified through motion simulation and finite element analysis. <p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span lang="en-US">As the position of new energy power generation becomes increasingly crucial in the energy system, its inherent volatility and uncertainty have given rise to numerous severe challenges. This study conducts an in-depth exploration of the coordinated control technology of photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage. By establishing a power generation system that integrates PV and energy storage, leveraging the generator-like characteristics exhibited by distributed inverters, and applying the small-signal model analysis method, the control strategy is optimized. Based on the MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform, a PV and energy storage power generation system and a three-phase off-grid model have been constructed. The technical approaches to enhancing the system penetration rate and improving the performance of the microgrid are emphatically investigated, with the aim of providing solid theoretical support for addressing the difficult problem of the stability of new energy grid connection.</span></span></p>Jia Zheng-Yi Jia Zheng-Yi

<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span lang="en-US">Automotive seat slides are subjected to complex loads in vehicle use, and the dimensions need to be strictly measured at the factory. In this paper, we design a machine vision-based automotive seat rail end surface size inspection system, which can automatically and non-contact measurement of the rail end surface size. The image is collected by building a hardware platform, and after gray scale conversion, filtering, sharpening and emphasize algorithm enhancement, the edge to be measured is extracted by Canny algorithm, and then the arc is obtained by least squares fitting and the radius is measured. Halcon United VS software was used to design the human-computer interaction interface to realize one-button measurement. Experiments show that the running speed of a single picture is stable at 3s, the maximum measurement error is 0.02mm and the minimum is 0.01mm, the maximum repeatability is 0.04mm and the minimum is 0.03mm, which realizes accurate and efficient non-contact measurement, meets the measurement demand, and provides a new dimension detection method for the automobile manufacturing industry.</span></span></p>Ren Zhenghui Ren Zhenghui

Through market research and consumer demand analysis, the key features and functions that a fresh orange juice machine should have are identified, including efficient juice squeezing, easy cleaning and small footprint. This paper analyzes the overall structure of the squeezing device of the fresh orange juice machine, including the selection of the motor part, the analysis of the transmission system, the analysis of the squeezing device, and then determines a scheme. Then the design and calculation of the transmission device belt drive, followed by the design and calculation of the transmission device reducer, and then the design and calculation of other parts of the transmission device, including the selection of the coupling, and the design and calculation of the drive gear set. <p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span lang="en-US">Currently, with the improvement of people's living standards and the intensification of population aging, the demand for assisted dining is becoming increasingly urgent. Therefore, targeting vulnerable groups as the audience and based on the theoretical foundations of mechanical manufacturing technology and mechanical design, a multifunctional assisted dining cart has been designed. Its structure is rational and its functions are comprehensive, capable of meeting the various needs of the elderly and the disabled during the dining process, thereby enhancing their dining experience. This paper mainly employs a scissor-type hydraulic lifting device to design the internal structure of the cart body. The top of the cart is connected by deep groove ball bearings. The design of the mechanical arm and the mechanical claw also work in coordination, enabling the completion of all task instructions within the spatial range. The motion device adopts the original push-pull method to reduce costs and control the distribution of resources. To create an effective and convenient tool for studying the Altai language, contributing to the preservation and popularization of cultural heritage, an approach based on the associative method of learning the language was used, including visualization, sound accompaniment and integration with a database of words and associations. The application was developed using the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern and other design patterns. <p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span lang="en-US">In order to overcome the shortcomings of the development capability of the standard sand cat swarm optimization algorithm and avoid its tendency to fall into local optima, this paper proposes an improved sand cat swarm optimization algorithm (MSISCSO) that integrates multiple strategies. Firstly, use Sin Tent Cos chaotic mapping to initialize the initial individuals of the sand cat population and increase the diversity of the initial population; Secondly, the first stage global development strategy of the Raccoon Optimization Algorithm is introduced to update the position of the sand cat, enhancing its convergence speed during the development stage; Furthermore, introducing a crossover strategy instead of the position update formula during the exploration phase of the sand cat group enhances its ability to escape from local optima; Finally, the sand cat group is subjected to adaptive t-distribution perturbation to further enhance its global exploration ability. Comparative tests were conducted on six test functions using MSISCSO and five other algorithms, and the results showed that the MSISCSO algorithm had faster convergence speed and accuracy on all six test functions. In the application of industrial robots, the most common is the six-degree-of-freedom robotic arm. In this paper, a control system for six-degree-of-freedom manipulator is designed according to the industrial manipulator, which is mainly controlled by a single-chip microcomputer in a dedicated motion controller. The software design and hardware design of the control system are to be completed. <p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span lang="en-US">Lithium-ion battery diaphragm is one of the core components to ensure battery performance and safety, wherein polyolefin diaphragm is one of the most commonly used lithium-ion battery diaphragms, but the traditional polyolefin diaphragm is an outstanding contradiction in its application due to insufficient electrolyte wettability and other problems. Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) has become a research focus of membrane materials due to its good wettability of electrolyte. This paper mainly describes the performance requirements of lithium-ion battery diaphragm and the preparation process of TPU-based diaphragm material. Through comparing polyolefin diaphragm and TPU diaphragm, the results show that compared with polyolefin diaphragm, TPU diaphragm has prominent advantages in thermal stability and electrolyte affinity, and has potential in improving battery safety and energy density. Jumping robots can jump obstacles, have good movement performance, and can be applied to a variety of complex terrains, and the majority of scholars are full of interest in jumping robots. In order to improve the shortcomings of mobile robots, this paper designs a frog-like jumping robot driven by a combination of motor and spring. By analyzing the physiological characteristics of frogs and their bouncing rules, a simplified model of frogs was established. On the basis of this simplified model, the prime mover, spring, gear and other parts were selected, and the one-sided transmission system was proposed, and the jumping mechanism model was established. <p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span lang="en-US">The article studies the effect of including soy granulate, protein stabilizer and isolated hydrated soy protein in the recipe for cooked sausages. It was found that the use of soy additives did not have a noticeable negative effect on the organoleptic characteristics of meat products; all sausages had an average tasting score of 7.67-7.90. All cooked sausages had a fairly elastic consistency, homogeneous minced meat of a uniformly pink color without voids and foreign inclusions, a pleasant taste, moderately salty, with a characteristic smell, without foreign aromas and flavors. All physicochemical indicators were within normal limits. The inclusion of soy components with the formation of animal-vegetable conglomerates increased the protein nutritional value of cooked sausages by 6.2-7.8 g per 100 g of product.</span></span></p>V.V. Increasing the chicken meat content from 15 to 70% did not have a significant negative effect on the organoleptic assessment, although the experimental product had 0.6 points less than the control, as well as an increase in such descriptors as "grayness" of color, "density" and "dryness" of consistency, "saltiness" and "spiciness" of taste. In terms of nutritional value, chicken sausages exceeded the control ones: by 0.78 g in protein, by 16.3 g in fat, and by 18.9 g in moisture.</span></span></p>V.V. Gorshkov

<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span lang="en-US">The article studies the effect of the Vitacel bioadditive on the quality of semi-finished products in dough. Organoleptic analysis showed that the most optimal was the addition of 4% of the minced meat mass. This allowed us to get 0.4 points higher in organoleptic indicators, compared to the control. Evaluation of the nutritional value of finished semi-finished products showed that the use of the additive reduced the fat content in 100 g, making the product leaner, and slightly increased the amount of carbohydrates. The dosage of the Vitacel additive of 6% of the raw material mass and more is irrational and increasing the limits has a negative effect on the structure and taste characteristics of the finished product.</span></span></p>V.V. <p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span lang="en-US">The article studies the effect of replacing part or all of the carbohydrate ingredients with dried pumpkin. The use of pumpkin additives did not have a negative effect on the organoleptic characteristics of meatloaf and almost doubled the amount of dietary fiber in the finished product. The safety indicators for microbiological and toxicological characteristics corresponded to the regulatory ones. Replacing 2/3 of the carbohydrate raw materials with pumpkin made it possible to obtain a meat product characteristic of this sausage product with the highest score, a light pumpkin aroma and a pleasant orange tint. In terms of nutritional value, the mass fraction of protein was within 20-22%, fat — 8.7-10.2% and ash — 1.8-2.4%. In the experimental samples, the addition of pumpkin increased the content of dietary fiber, and in the meat product with a complete replacement of carbohydrate components (bread) with pumpkin, their amount was almost 2 times increased.</span></span></p>V.V. <p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span lang="en-US">Manufacturing of meat products with not only high organoleptic properties but also biological value is currently a priority task. The tendency to use plant components in the technology of chopped semi-finished products is constantly growing. The properties of chopped semi-finished products in a casing (kupaty) with the addition of whole cranberries and processed products were studied. The introduction of a plant ingredient affected the content of crude ash in the product compared to the control sample: in the sample with chopped berries, the ash content increased by 0.18%, and in the samples with whole berries by 0.08%. <p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span lang="mn-Cyrl-MN">A crop rotation system has consists of various benefits such as reducing soil erosion and increasing fertility and crop yield. The experiment was conducted on the irrigation</span><span lang="en-US"> field of the formal potato seed multiplier Company “Elite seed” from 2015 to 2018. The main purpose of the research is to multiply the types of crops that are part of the potato rotation, to improve the structure, to investigate and determine the effect of the crops grown in rotation on the physical, chemical, and biological quality of the soil and how well they are to the next crop, and to solve the problems of crop development. Four types of potato rotations were included in the study, and in increasing seed potato yield and soil fertility green manure fallow — potato — wheat rotation or green manure had better benefits than other rotations (green manure plowing in the field in July). Soil samples were taken from 0-20 cm depth before the planting and after the harvest of potatoes each year. According to the results of the soil analysis of the experimental field, the humus content of the green manure fallow soil increased by an average of 0.35% with an improvement from another previous crop. Moreover, in the soil of green manure fallow the amount of nitrogen easily used by plants was 0.3-0.8 mg/kg (spring), which had a good effect on the yield of the potato crop planted the following year. The result of the experiment shows that the use of green manure fallow as a rotation with potatoes will improve the yield and quality of potatoes, therefore, this method is highly recommended in the future.</span></span></p>P.
