Manual peeling is not only labor-intensive and inefficient but also prone to damaging the broad beans, affecting the yield and quality of the finished products. Therefore, this paper aims to design a broad bean peeling machine that achieves rapid, efficient, and low-damage peeling of broad beans, in order to enhance the capacity and quality of broad bean processing and meet market demands. The design employs advanced automated mechanical equipment, combined with a cam mechanism and cutting blades, to achieve mechanized peeling, cutting, and processing of broad beans. The entire design takes into full consideration the physical characteristics of broad beans and the requirements of the peeling process, ensuring the efficiency and quality of broad bean peeling. Additionally, the design significantly improves the efficiency of broad bean processing and reduces labor costs, meeting the needs of large-scale production. The mechanized peeling process reduces the damage rate of broad beans, increases the yield and quality, and enhances the market competitiveness of broad bean products. Many factory plans have shortcomings. The production environment does not meet safety standards, and processing efficiency needs to be improved. So achieving industrial production and efficient value-added processing of lotus root products, and applying new technologies to develop lotus root convenience foods, will undoubtedly promote the development of lotus root processing industry. According to the data, Chinese lotus root slicing machines are roughly divided into vegetable cutting and vegetable cutting types. After comparison, our goal is to design a new type of slicer with good cutting performance, adaptability to different shapes, quality assurance, and improved efficiency to meet market demand. In this design, we use Solidworks for model design, motion module for motion analysis, and simulation module for strength simulation. Through simulation, this article studies the coordinated control strategy of wind, photovoltaic, and hydroelectric power generation systems through modeling analysis, aiming to achieve the optimal complementarity of these three power generation methods. The simulation model of the power generation system is established by MATLAB/Simulink software, and the effectiveness of energy complementarity in different seasons is discussed. Based on the principle of electromagnetic drive, this paper analyzes the factors that may affect the electromagnetic force. The electromagnetic weft insertion device without yoke is simulated by finite element simulation software. It is found that most of its magnetic field lines are diffused outwardly, the energy conversion efficiency is low and the electromagnetic force is unstable. Then a magnetic yoke is installed outside the drive coil. However, interference such as arc light and spatter can affect the extraction of the molten pool morphology. This paper proposes a method for molten pool segmentation based on a lightweight convolutional neural network. First, a molten pool image acquisition platform was set up, and 292 images were collected. Secondly, a lightweight fully convolutional neural network (FCN) and a Deep Feature Aggregation Network (DFANet) were constructed. The experimental results show that among the FCN models, FCN-8 has the best segmentation performance. After using the Deep Feature Aggregation Neural Network, its segmentation performance was further improved. The accuracy of this network is 99.88%, the accuracy of the molten pool category is 92.17%, the intersection over union (IoU) for the molten pool is 85.89%, and the average IoU is 92.89%. Compared to FCN-8, it has improved by 3.37% in the average IoU metric. The design is carried out by adopting and advancing mold, the upper mold produces the object, and the lower mold produces the waste material. The upper die of the mold uses rubber material to play the role of rectification, improving the quality of the parts and reducing the process at the same time. Convex die is processed in the molding, wire cutting based on the blanking part of the screw fixing, and finally the installation method of the guide column is the middle guide column of the circular installation and to be selected according to the stamping pressure of the fixed table open press, the purpose is to prevent damage to the mold due to incorrect installation. And finite element analysis was used to simulate the working condition of the bar fixture machining process, and the results show that the V-shaped fixture reduces the positioning error and improves the stability of the bar position and the machining accuracy of the workpiece. In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of the weft draw-in of the water jet loom, energy saving technology and intelligent control system development status is discussed in depth, revealing its technical progress in adapting to the needs of different widths. In order to improve the acceleration performance of the weft inserter, according to the magnetization theory, it is proposed to increase the magnetic flux difference by adding permanent magnets to the weft inserter to increase the applied magnetic field force by comparing the position of the permanent magnet material in the weft inserter and analyzing the electromagnetic force on the weft inserter with the addition of the permanent magnet using Ansys Maxwell finite element software. To address the issues of low work efficiency, uneven mixing, and easy clogging and accumulation at the end in traditional organic fertilizer processing equipment, a dual-shaft horizontal mixer for organic fertilizer is designed in this study. This paper analyzes the overall structure of the dual-shaft horizontal mixer for organic fertilizer, including the selection of the electric motor, analysis of the transmission system, and analysis of the mixing device, to determine a scheme. Subsequently, the design and calculation of the transmission device's belt drive are conducted, followed by the design and calculation of the transmission device's reducer. Then, the design and calculation of other components of the transmission device are carried out, including the selection of the coupling and the design calculation of the driving gear set. High extractivity of the initial wort, high ethanol concentration, trace element content, presence of oxygen in the mixture, low temperatures and high pressure lead to various disturbances in yeast metabolism. To avoid stress, wort should be added to the stored seed yeast in a ratio of 1:5, followed by mixing the resulting suspension. When using the technology to reduce stress factors, the duration of the main fermentation is reduced by one day, which allows, while maintaining good quality of young beer (the deck does not close after rupture, the beer mirror is black, when visually assessed, the beer is transparent), to increase the production volume by 7% and the level of profitability of production by 5.2%. The highest yield after smoking is observed in broiler carcasses. Broiler meat, compared to the meat of laying hens and domestic chickens, is more juicy and tender. However, the meat of chickens raised in farm conditions had a richer taste and aroma. In terms of protein content, broiler chicken meat slightly exceeded that of chickens raised in farm conditions, and by 1.53% — meat of pullets of egg cross. It was found that the best organoleptic indicators were characterized by beer of the experimental third group, in which caramel was introduced in the form of an aqueous solution into the boiled wort — 28 points. In the experimental samples of beer of groups 2 and 4, an increase in the volume fraction of alcohol was observed, which is associated with the introduction of an alcohol solution of color when adding it to the wort, while the stage of introduction did not significantly affect. Foam stability and carbon dioxide saturation were better in experimental samples with an aqueous solution of color in both options of introduction with an advantage of 7 sec. when adding to boiled wort. The lowest foam stability was observed in samples with alcohol solutions of colorant — at 38 and 27 seconds, compared to the control, which is probably explained by a decrease in hop substances with low surface tension.</p> V.V. It has been established that enriching cheese with Provencal herbs has a positive effect on organoleptic indicators — the product acquires a spicy taste and aroma, and smoking the product allows to highlight the cheese taste, imparts a smoky aroma and a pleasant light yellow color. The use of Provencal herbs allows to estimate 10 points more by the sum of tasting indicators, and smoking allows to get the highest score among the experimental cheeses. The addition of Provencal herbs did not have a reliable effect on the physicochemical indicators of the cheese and its nutritional and energy value. However, smoking affected the change in the mass fraction of fat by 10.2%, the mass fraction of moisture and dry matter by 38.5%, the mass fraction of protein — 7.23%, active acidity — 0.17%, the difference in energy value was 9.6%.</p> V.V. Today no one has such a clear picture of the future of Russia — neither officials, nor philosophers, nor even ordinary citizens, therefore vague formulations about the competitiveness of the country, prosperity and success of citizens are used in the development programs of the regions of Russia. The article explains the inadequacy of such formulations to the ontological nature of society and man, manifested in the unity of material and spiritual aspects. This article examines their application in comparison with free market prices and tariffs for various types of goods and services. During the analysis of the forecast indicators for housing and communal services presented in the Forecast of the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation for the coming years, it was substantiated that despite the increase in the total area of residential premises, the quality of living conditions is declining. This is due to the growth of regulated tariffs, which are growing faster than free market prices for goods and services. In addition, changes in the regulatory framework that take into account «economically justified costs» lead to an increase in the cost of utilities and the income of enterprises providing these services. During the study, it was revealed that regulated tariffs have a significant impact on the solvency of the population and the provision of high-quality living conditions. The results obtained can be used by legislative and executive authorities in the formation of tariff and pricing policies aimed at ensuring the socio-economic security of society.</p> M.Yu. It is shown that the degree of dependence of the budgets of the Far Eastern regions on federal transfers increased greatly during the pandemic and remained high during the period of sanctions restrictions; the desynchronization of the dynamics of own incomes and interbudgetary transfers in the Far Eastern regions increased. A deterioration in the transparency of interbudgetary relations in the macroregion during a turbulent period was revealed. A faster recovery has been shown in regions of the manufacturing industry, while in mining regions this process is slower. It is concluded that it is necessary to further improve the system of selective assistance to budgets in the form of subsidies, which will more adequately compensate for the revenues lost by regional budgets.</p> S.N. With the development of the global economy and increasing integration, China is becoming an increasingly active participant in international economic relations. One of the key instruments of its influence are Chinese banks, which are intensively expanding their activities outside the country. The analysis of the performance indicators of Chinese banks allowed us to draw the following conclusions: China's financial openness index continues to show negative values, so further reforms are needed to eliminate restrictions; China's FDI has a jumpy downward trend, however, the geographic structure of FDI indicates the opposite; China's trade balance is high (3.86 percent of GDP in 2023) compared to the world average in 2023, which was -4.43 percent of GDP; foreign bank assets in China account for 2 percent of the total assets of Chinese banks, and therefore China continues to remain a closed market for foreign banks; the Z-score indicators of the Chinese banking system exceed the world average by 8.54 index points. for 2023; the capital of the Chinese banking system has a positive growth trend; the interest rate on loans in Chinese banks is one of the lowest in the world (from 2017 — 4.35 percent).</p> Yu.G. The purpose of the study is a socio-economic analysis of existing problems, as well as determining the prospects for the development of railway passenger transport in the Moscow agglomeration. The study used statistical and economic methods. Results: the Strategy for the development of the transport system of Moscow and the Moscow region for the period until 2035 was analyzed according to key indicators. Conclusions: the development of passenger rail transport in the Moscow agglomeration is one of the most important factors of its economic growth; for this, the necessary measures are being taken and positive dynamics are observed.</p> Yu.V. Study of ecosystem resilience in border regions of Russia https://ojs.altstu.ru/index.php/GAltai/article/view/929 <p>In the context of global shocks, ecosystems have become vulnerable to changes in the geopolitical situation. The purpose of the article is to assess the ability of regional ecosystems in the border regions of Russia to return to an equilibrium and balanced state. In the course of the study, cycles were built and the resilience phase, the amplitudes of decline and growth were analyzed. The results showed that the period of sanctions had the greatest impact and required more costs and time to restore the ecosystem. The most significant shock effects were experienced by ecosystems with foreign investment, and for export- and import-dependent ecosystems, resilience depends on specialization, emergence, etc. To restore the measures of state support, the ability of the ecosystem to move to markets with friendly countries and replace the actor in the value chains.</p> V.A.
