ВЛИЯНИЕ ВОЗДЕЙСТВИЯ УЛЬТРАЗВУКА НА СВОЙСТВА ПОКРЫТИЙ ИЗ ПОЛИВИНИЛОВОГО СПИРТА

Анализ научной литературы позволил выявить данные о проведении научных исследований материалов на основе поливинилового спирта (ПВС), модифицированных с использованием ультразвука. Однако информация о влиянии ультразвукового воздействия на изменение свойств растворов и пленок на основе ПВС ограничена. Целью работы было изучение влияния ультразвуковой обработки на свойства материалов на основе ПВС. Были решены следующие задачи: ультразвуковая обработка растворов ПВС, сравнительная характеристика вязкости модифицированных растворов ПВС, оптимизация температурно-временных режимов формирования пленок на основе ПВС, исследование свойств растворов ПВС различной концентрации и пленок на их основе до и после ультразвуковой обработки. Растворы ПВС с различной концентрацией обрабатывали с использованием ультразвукового зонда. После проведения ультразвуковой модификации растворов ПВС не было выявлено значимых изменений вязкости. Установлено влияние ультразвуковой обработки на физико-механические свойства образцов пленок, полученных на основе растворов ПВС с концентрацией 7,5 и 10% наблюдалось уменьшение относительного удлинения, у образца на основе раствора ПВС с концентрацией 5% удлинение изменялось линейно, в зависимости от продолжительности обработки. Данные показатели свидетельствуют об однородности растворов с меньшей концентрацией и более правильной структуре полимеризации. Таким образом, обработка ПВС ультразвуком является перспективным методом модификации растворов полимеров для придания пленке на основе ПВС более однородных структур, в том числе при введении в композицию модифицирующих компонентов, используемых в упаковке для пролонгации срока хранения пищевых продуктов.
