About the Journal
Fundamental’nye problemy sovremennogo materialovedenia / Basic Problems of Material Science was founded in 2003 on the basis of a voluntary agreement of founders. It was first registered as a mass media on June 20, 2003.
The journal is included in the Higher Attestation Commission’s list of the leading Russian peer-reviewed journals and publications. Being AltSTU structural subdivision, the journal is a part of the professional community “Association of Scientific Editors and Publishers” (ASEP).
Since February 2015, the journal "Fundamental’nye problemy sovremennogo materialovedenia" has been included in the Ulrichsweb database (Ulrich's Periodicals Directory).
