The article discusses the analysis of one aspect of the development of productive speech skills in Russian, which is essential for students of non-philology who are learning Russian as a foreign language. Russian is used for reading fiction and linguistic texts, as well as professional- oriented texts during the teaching process. This approach is important not only for acquiring the necessary knowledge of the language for successful communication, but also for ensuring the rapid adaptation of foreign students to the new socio-cultural environment through exposure to native speaker creativity.
