Abstract

With the rapid development of various high-tech industries, a huge market has been provided for chemical plating technology. With the increasing demand for material hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties in different fields, chemical plating technology is constantly innovating, and Ni-P-SiC composite coating is one of them. This article introduces the basic principles of electroless Ni-P-SiC plating, the basic composition of the plating solution, and analyzes and introduces some current research progress, hoping to provide effective assistance for further research on Ni-P-SiC.
