Digital diplomacy in the Russian national security system: a technological aspect

This article examines the conceptual framework of digital diplomacy within Russia's national security system, focusing on technological aspects. An analytical review of the scientific and legislative literature on the topic is conducted. It is established that digital diplomacy is a rapidly developing field directly related to ensuring Russia's national security in the global digital space. A comparative analysis of technological solutions and strategic provisions for digital diplomacy in Russia, China, and the United States reveals both common development vectors and specific differences in the approaches of these states. Taking into account the specifics of Russian national security and vulnerabilities to technological sovereignty, a model of sovereign digital diplomacy for Russia is developed and substantiated. Recommendations for its effective implementation are formulated in the conclusion.
