Design and research on injection mould for the upper shell of three-in-one temperature controller

Abstract

With the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, efficient and economical production methods have become the mainstream. Taking the upper shell of a three-in-one temperature controller as the research object, this paper completes the injection mold design using UG and CAD software. The mold adopts a two-cavity layout with symmetrical arrangement and a side gate feeding scheme. The parting surface, gating system, cooling system, ejection mechanism and guide mechanism are systematically designed and calculated. The mold features reasonable structure, reliable operation and stable molding quality, providing a technical reference for the development of similar thin-walled shell plastic parts.
