Research progress on the preparation technology of nanofibre materials

Abstract

This paper reviews three main nanofibre preparation techniques: air-jet spinning, electrospinning, and methods for preparing composite nanofibres. By comparing and analysing the principles, process parameters and product characteristics of different preparation techniques, the advantages and limitations of each technique are discussed. At the same time, the characterisation methods of nanofibre materials and their application research progress in antibacterial packaging, photocatalysis, energy storage and other fields are systematically introduced. The study shows that air-jet spinning has advantages such as high production efficiency and good safety, while electrospinning performs excellently in controlling fibre morphology. Composite nanofibres can significantly enhance material performance through functional modification, providing technical support for the large-scale application of nanofibre materials.
