Abstract

The article discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of teaching dialogue to foreign students at the basic level of Russian language proficiency. It analyzes the linguistic and psychological features of this stage, typical difficulties, as well as the principles of content selection and the stages of developing dialogical skills. The previously proposed system of working with dialogue has been supplemented with exercises aimed at expanding the repertoire of dialogical skills.
