Abstract

Aimed at the problem that commercial dicing machines are large in size, single in function and unable to meet the needs of household miniaturized and multifunctional fruit and vegetable processing under the current development trend of food machinery automation, this paper designs a small household roller-type fruit and vegetable dicing machine. Taking worm gear and worm drive as the core drive and adopting a roller-type cutting structure, the complete machine 3D modeling, component design and assembly simulation are completed by SolidWorks. The optimal structure is determined by comparing with the honeycomb-shaped blade scheme, and parametric design is carried out for key components such as hob and discharge integrated shell. Through structural reliability analysis, the equipment is made of food-grade stainless steel, with stable operation, uniform cutting and adjustable size. It has both compactness and hygienic safety, can adapt to the fruit and vegetable dicing needs of household and small-scale processing scenarios, and provides design reference and technical support for the research and development of small household food cutting equipment.
