Abstract

Aiming at the plastic material forming process requirements of 160T three-beam four-column hydraulic press, this paper completes the design and performance verification of its hydraulic system. The load boundary of the system was clarified through the load characteristic analysis of the main hydraulic cylinder and ejection hydraulic cylinder. A double-pump oil supply hydraulic system was designed to realize the preset action cycle of the main cylinder and the core functions of the ejection cylinder. The selection and matching of core components such as hydraulic pump and control valve were completed. Finally, the pressure loss and temperature rise of the system were checked. The results show that the maximum working pressure of the system is 22.2MPa, the total pressure loss in fast return condition is 0.117MPa, the oil temperature rise in working feed condition is 21.16℃, and the thermal equilibrium temperature is 46.16℃, which is far lower than the maximum allowable temperature of the hydraulic system. The system meets all design requirements, with stable operation, reliable pressure holding and small hydraulic impact, which can provide reference for the system design of the same type of hydraulic presses.
