Framework approach in Mesoeconomics: formalization of non-economic parameters

Abstract

In the context of large-scale global changes (economic, socio-cultural, technological, environmental), the problem of scientific justification of management decisions that mitigate the risks of the so-called "average", mesoeconomical level is becoming more and more urgent. The purpose of the study: to develop a methodology for preliminary analysis of the structure of the framework of the region in the mesoeconomical context. The method of formalization was used in the study. Results: a set of non-economic parameters characterizing the rank of junction of the unified framework of the region and the methodology of their ranking are proposed.
