Economic framework of the territory: assessment of mesoeconomical potential (on the example of agricultural sectors)

Abstract

The authors consider approaches to assessing the mesoeconomical potential in terms of the agro-industrial complex located in the region. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the framework approach for solving the tasks of ensuring national security (including economic and environmental) at the meso-economic level. The authors use methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis in the process of formalization of parameters for ranking junctions of the economic framework of the territory. Results: preliminary methodology for assessing the mesoeconomical potential of the identified junctions of the territorial framework.
