Abstract

The theme of traditional clothing of ancient peoples is always relevant, because it allows you to preserve their cultural heritage and history. The traditional clothing of the Pazyryk people, one of the oldest peoples of Central Asia, is an important subject of their culture and everyday life. This article discusses in detail the features of the Pazyryk costume, the materials from which unique clothes were made, as well as decorative elements. The article also examines a number of archaeological finds, thanks to which reenactors are working on recreating the clothes of the Pazyryk people, the role of clothing in expressing social status is noted.
