About the Journal

Polzunovskiy vestnik was founded in 2002 on the basis of a voluntary agreement of founders. It was first registered as a mass media on July 29, 2002.

In 2022, the journal became part of the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI, the core of the RSCI).

It is included in DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals), an international directory of open access journals.

The journal is included in the Higher Attestation Commission’s list of the leading Russian peer-reviewed journals and publications. Being AltSTU structural subdivision, the journal is a part of the professional community “Association of Scientific Editors and Publishers” (ASEP).

Since September 2021, the journal Polzunovskiy vestnik has been included in the Ulrichsweb database (Ulrich's Periodicals Directory).

The journal was indexed in the ICI Journals Master List 2021 database in 2021. Based on the verification of information from the evaluation questionnaire and the analysis of journal`'s issues for 2021, the experts of Index Copernicus set the Index Copernicus Value(ICV) 2021 = 100.00.

Articles published in the journal are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

The authors retain the exclusive rights to publish their manuscripts, which is indicated by the Copyright sign on the title page of the article in the journal "Polzunovskiy vestnik".

The authors published in the journal "Polzunovskiy vestnik" grant the journal the right to publish the work for the first time under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to distribute this work with the obligatory preservation of references to the authors of the original work and the original publication in this journal.

Polzunovskiy vestnik is an open access journal. The editorial board of the journal provides direct open access to its content, based on the principle: free open access to research results contributes to an increase in the global exchange of knowledge.

The journal Polzunovskiy vestnik is issued 4 times a year.

The name and content of the journal comply with the nomenclature of scientific specialties for which academic degrees are awarded

Release schedule:

The journal is published four times a year, as the issue is filled. Articles sent to the editorial office are reviewed and published in the order of receipt to the editorial office. The maximum number of articles in the issue is 30.
