Abstract

The article presents the development of a digital service for technologists, including the database "Recipes of Processed Cheeses," computer programs: "Program for Managing the Electronic Reference of Processed Cheese Recipes" and programs for training the neural network "Food Systems." The developed toolkit allows predicting the expected quality of recipes with an accuracy of at least 80%, accelerating the development of new products and reducing the costs of pilot production.
